Client Industry: Vehicle financing company

Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality regimented calling to customers for defaulting payment collection to meet the NPL target and achieve ECL reduction.
• Execute repossession activities in a timely manner to locate vehicles under the NPL portfolio, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements, and support redemption processes when critical handling is necessary.
• Ensure careful review of the account and initiate Site Visit request and searches if needed.
• Highlighting suspicious/ problematic cases after reviewing the account. Diligently follow up the outcome.
• Ensure reasonable and effective negotiation is being carried out to reduce controllable expenses.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance/ or relevant working experience will be considered
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in banking and finance.
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
