• Handle full set of accounts and accounting schedules
• Handle audit and tax (including GST) filings and ensure deadlines are met
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professionals
• Manage accounts payable and receivables to help the organization to determine working capital needs and funding strategies
• Process business transactions and reports using the relevant accounting software (e.g. Excel & QuickBooks)
• Monitor daily financial functions, including cash flow management
• Handle commission payable to members and attend queries from members
• Interco billing
• Liaise with building management
• Any other a-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
