• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Ensure the accuracy of product quantity, quality, condition, and expiry dates before accepting deliveries.
• Report any damaged, missing, incorrect, or expired goods to the relevant department promptly.
• Label, record, and update inventory accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Store products according to designated storage requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock monitoring, stock counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Practice proper stock rotation using FIFO/LIFO principles where applicable to minimise wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections on fresh produce and other perishable goods before storage.
• Prepare and pick orders accurately to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and hygienic warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Operations and Buying teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Comply with all Company policies, food safety requirements, workplace health and safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Malaysian citizen.
• 1–3 years of working experience in retail, grocery, or warehouse operations; experience handling perishable goods is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting heavy retail items.
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates and record-keeping.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
