Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Familiar with conveyancing procedure and able to handle documentation on conveyancing for Tenancy Agreements and Sales and Purchase agreements.
2. Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents
relating to conveyancing transaction
3. Liaise with tenants, owners, various government authorities, bankers, or agents in relation to real estate transaction.
4. To assist in drafting of letter, including but not limited to finalized renewal letter, appeal letter, demand letter, termination letter and etc.
5. To assist in drafting of agreement for new outlet, new sublet and new hostel.
6. Ensure proper filing of documentation.
7. Provide secretarial assistance and administrative support to the manager for any other legal matters.
8. To follow up on any court case and demand letter.
9. To produce relevant memo for new outlet, renewal, termination rental rebate and etc.
10.To follow up any ad hoc cases.
All ad hoc job-related functions as and when required.
Job Requirement: -
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
