In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable operation of electrical systems and production equipment. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimal production downtime.
• Oversee electrical maintenance and troubleshoot production machinery, electrical systems, drives, motors, and production lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) programs to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives involving PLC, HMI, IoT, and other industrial control systems.
• Monitor machine performance, analyze maintenance data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance records, technical documentation, spare parts, and inventory to support efficient maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades, new installations, and improvement projects.
• Plan and execute facility and utility maintenance works to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in:
• PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron)
• Automation, HMI, and IoT systems
• VFD/Inverter systems
• HV/LV electrical systems, AC/DC motors and drives
• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and driving maintenance and automation improvements.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in heavy industry (e.g. copper manufacturing)
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience

Job summary
