Job description:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell the Company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by Management.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations while addressing customer inquiries and handling objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and communication records in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives organized by the Company to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
• Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
