• Raise & source for special equipment / jig needs for inspection.
• Internal calibration, verification, & Minor adjustment for equipment.
• Handling, Maintaining, and Controlling the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Preparing a documentation for QMS and EMS. Make sure the audit system went well.
• Handling for CV, external & internal audit.
• Monitor the discipline, work output and flow for all QA/QC operator.
• Handling technical drawing for all product and part.
• Prepare for weekly and month report.
• Define the sampling plan for inspection.
• Identify the critical point, Visual & Sorting flow.
• Provide training on new parts / checking method to inspector.
• Raise & source for special equipment / jig needs for inspection.
• Confirm the major defects detected and raised by QC.
• Final judgement for special acceptance.
• Review the manpower and OT plan.
• Co-ordinate with Engineering & Production dept for new sample.
• Counter check internal drawing.
• Internal Calibration, verification & Minor adjustment for equipment.
• Analysis for training needs for inspector.
• Weekly planning with OQC, IPQC, Visual & Sorting.
• Handling & Discussion customer complaint.
• Reply CAR / Improvement plan to customer.
• Prepare W.I and Quality Alert.
• Communicate the customer requirement with Prod & Eng Team.
• Prepare for QC plan.
• Discussion with production for process improvement.
• Monitor the improvement action from production, generate.
• Improvement action report.
• Follow up with material supplier quality issue.
• Define the packaging method.
• Access and study for all purchase / requisition from QC department.
• Review and access for new QC staff confirmation.
• Ensures that the QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained. This may involve review and planning of internal audits, discussion with process owners, or even review of the processes in person to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Carry out other duties under supervisor instruction.
• To ensure ISO renewal & Compliance.
• To compile, investigate and to provide solution on customer complaint.
• To monitor the production process to ensure compliance and to ensure complete recording on all the SOP of all production processes.
• To manage QA inventory on QA tooling & equipment.
• To manage training of all QA staff & Production staff based on their job and skill requirements in both QA & Production department.
• Final judgement for special acceptance.
• QA leads report progress, plans and problems to upper management and other involved parties.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality are met.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
