Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone.
  • Assist customers with billing enquiries, account information, mobile plans, products, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Accurately update customer records in the system.
  • Meet service quality and productivity targets.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Front Desk, or F&B are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice are highly preferred.
