This position is accountable for ensuring that workplace services, environments and colleague experience enable Day‑1 readiness and business continuity for the separated entity, while maintaining health, safety and security standards during transition.

The role plays a critical part in disentangling shared bp workplace services, standing up fit‑for‑purpose standalone workplace operations, and supporting colleagues through change, uncertainty and physical transitions associated with separation.

This role operates at the intersection of Workplace, Real Estate, P&C, IT, Security and the Separation PMO / EY SMO, translating separation strategy into delivered, operational workplaces.

The role sits within the Separation Programme delivery structure, working closely with:

· Separation PMO / SMO (e.g. EY)

· Workplace & Our Workplace teams

· Real Estate & Occupancy Planning

· P&C (Change, People Experience, Workforce)

· IT / Digital Workplace

· HSE, Security & Risk

· FM providers and external vendors

Pay: From RM13,000.00 per month
