Job Descriptions:

• Plan and manage the company SMS program and activities.
• Review and update the Safety Management System Manual and associated documentation as and when necessary.
• Inculcate awareness on SMS across the organization by planning & conducting trainings.
• Support in warranty investigations and report compilation and liaise with customer / authority as necessary.
• Plan and facilitate forums for Quality and Safety performance evaluation based on latest data.
• Participate / lead in risk assessment and support in HIRM and HIRARC activities and ensure adequate risk controls are established.
• Manage process, product and operational risk assessment and escalate result for implementation and improvement and evaluate for effectiveness of the controls.
• Promote SMS related awareness and communication.
• Manage and perform QMS, SMS & OSHE audits in accordance to the annual Audit plan.
• Manage implementation and evaluate the QMS, SMS and OSHE based on the relevant requirements and KPIs.
• Facilitate customer and authority audit preparation and management.
• Ensures effective implementation and timely closure of Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Ensure safety inspections are efficiently implemented in accordance to the Annual Inspection Schedule.
• Manage certification staff authorization process.
• Ensure internal and external complaints are manage efficiently and effectively within timely manner through investigation and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement process with main focus on Component Maintenance aiming for failure costs reduction and process/procedure improvements.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management to achieve the Company goals/objectives
