POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL)

Location : Klang Valley/ Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00 (Depends on experience)

Job Availability : Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

· Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes

· Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR database updates

· Support payroll preparation and statutory contributions (SOCSO, EPF, EIS, etc.)

· Assist with employee insurance and benefits administration

· Support expatriate-related HR matters (work permits, visas, renewals, documentation)

· Assist in employee relations and HR inquiries

· Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies

· Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–2 years of HR experience

· Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (SOCSO, EPF, etc.) is an advantage

· Exposure to expatriate HR processes is a plus

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday Half Day

· Possess own transports
