• Handle agent commission-related matters.
• Process deposit collections and refund procedures.
• Manage agents' RENTAG-related matters, including registration, change of firm, renewal, bankruptcy declaration, and other related applications.
• Handle agents' orders for name cards, ID cards, uniforms, and T-shirts.
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
