We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and online chat

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

• Maintain and update customer records in the system

• Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to the supervisor

• Provide product/service information and pricing details

• Assist with basic paperwork and data entry tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or above

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, if applicable)

• Patient, detail-minded, and service-oriented

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
