Responsibilities
We're partnering with an innovative fintech company transforming the future of fund distribution and tokenized assets. They are looking for a Business Development Lead to drive strategic partnerships, expand distribution channels, and grow institutional relationships across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with wealth platforms, broker-dealers, exchanges, neobanks, and other distribution channels.
- Source and onboard fund managers and strategic partners to drive business growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage deals from origination through execution.
- Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver successful partner integrations.
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within digital assets and capital markets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular commercial updates to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within capital markets, fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
- Strong understanding of fund distribution, investment products, or financial market infrastructure.
- Proven ability to originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fund administration, transfer agency, custody, or tokenization.
- Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or institutional crypto.
- Startup experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
