JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record-keeping, data entry, and managing schedules, as well as supporting staff with documentation and communications related to the maintenance of fire protection systems within a camp.
• Maintaining maintenance records, scheduling appointments and staff, preparing reports and project documentation, managing databases, and handling correspondence for the maintenance team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, reports and provide general information to camp staff, the public, or visitors as needed.
• Facilitate communication between the maintenance department, camp management, and fire prevention staff.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
