Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance Intern | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Financial Literacy, Mentorship & Certification Pathway (Limited Intake)

Financial Literacy | Industry Exposure | Structured Professional Development

We are a purpose-driven, high-performing team dedicated to developing individuals through mentorship, accountability, and continuous learning.

Our culture is grounded in ownership, resilience, ambition, and the belief that real growth comes from being challenged, supported, and entrusted with meaningful responsibility. We aim to create an environment where people develop not only practical capabilities, but also the confidence, discipline, and character that support long-term success.

We are looking for students and young adults who are dependable, coachable, respectful, and committed to seeing things through. This is more than a summer internship or a line on your résumé—it is an opportunity for individuals who genuinely want to invest in their personal and professional development.

Role Focus

This internship is designed to build a strong foundation in two key areas:

  • Practical financial literacy for making informed financial decisions and planning confidently for the future.
  • Meaningful exposure to the financial services industry for individuals exploring a potential long-term career pathway.

What You'll Do

  • Observe and support selected end-to-end workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in structured training sessions, market updates, and product briefings.
  • Assist with guided tasks such as research, information synthesis, presentation or template preparation, and operational coordination.
  • Learn how structured processes progress from analysis and planning through execution and review.
  • Complete guided reflection exercises with mentorship and personalised feedback on performance, strengths, and development opportunities.

What You'll Gain

  • Greater confidence and stronger communication skills.
  • Improved discipline, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Meaningful workplace experience within a professional environment.
  • Personal mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills and professional presence.
  • Greater clarity around future career opportunities and direction.
  • A stronger foundation for long-term growth, stability, and future progression.

Who We Want

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are committed to taking ownership of their development.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Consistent, dependable, and disciplined in fulfilling commitments.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Curious about financial literacy, financial markets, and long-term planning.
  • Able to communicate clearly and work effectively within structured environments.
  • Looking for a meaningful learning experience rather than simply gaining internship exposure.

We place greater value on character, professionalism, learning agility, and growth potential than on previous experience in financial services.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Due to the limited number of internship positions available, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
