Default Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Public Holidays: Off
Shift Rotation (Rotational between 2 staff)
Morning Shift (A)
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon Shift (B)
- Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Minimum Qualification
Nitec or above
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre experience is required.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
- Confident in handling difficult customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Able to draft clear and professional email responses to customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for report generation.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate dedication, commitment, and a positive team player attitude.
- Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to work on weekends. (Public Holidays are excluded.)
