• Position : Drafter (CAD/BIM)
• Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Service & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software.
• Create and update BIM models for construction and engineering projects.
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate drawings.
• Revise drawings based on project changes, feedback, and engineering updates.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams on technical requirements.
• Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Assist in preparing technical documents for clients and project teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related field with Min 2 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• BIM modelling experience is required.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
