NOC Coffee Hiring! Full Time District Manager (Coffee Shop) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven District Manager to oversee the operations 4 to 5 of our coffee shops. In this role, you will ensure our high standards of customer experience, hygiene, and efficiency are maintained across all locations. You will act as a key bridge between head office and store-level management, supporting store in-charges, optimizing sales growth, and fostering a productive team environment.

Responsibility:

• Manage 4 - 5 coffee shops and oversee store operations in order to ensure the customer experience across all aspects meet the Company’s standard
• Develop and implement operations procedures to maximize sales growth, boost productivity, and optimize manpower efficiency
• Provide ongoing guidance to store in-charges regarding day-to-day operations, including roster planning, maintenance management, and new staff training
• Ensure staff to follow company's hygiene and safety standard across all assigned stores
• Attend regular operational meetings and update the company policy to store in-charge

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate or above in any disciplines
• 3 years of store management experience, solid experience in coffee shop or restaurant operations will is a distinct advantage
• Proactive, driven, highly attentive to detail and able to work under pressure
• Excellent supervisory, leadership and problem-solving skills
