We are seeking a talented and highly motivated professional Graphic Designer to join our Group. Our business covers beauty and nutritional food brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for diverse creative projects across beauty, skincare and health product visual design.

Responsibilities:

• Produce, oversee and coordinate photo and video production, ensuring alignment with the artistic vision and project requirements
• Lead and inspire the creative team to establish and uphold brand standards
• Establish art direction for social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering an engaging visual presentation.
• Work with other designers to create and design high-caliber graphics and other visuals
• Interact with different levels of management, production and design teams
• Help the team transition to a more online-driven approach, leveraging digital platforms and technologies to create content that resonates with online audiences
• Provide guidance on adapting creative strategies for online mediums, such as social media, websites, mobile apps, and other digital channels

Requirements:

• Experience in beauty and nutritional food design is required
• 2+ years solid experiences in digital media/multimedia design/creative industry, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Understand and apply current design trends
• Proven experience for Online and Offline integrated campaigns is a must, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects both from in-house and agency roles
• Proven leadership experience, guiding a team of designers and photographers to achieve excellence
• Proficient in design and video editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
• Familiar with multimedia materials production for social media platforms, including shooting, editing, subtitling and post-production.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools and platforms used in the creative industry, such as AI-generated art, automated content creation, and AI-driven image and video editing
• Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance creative processes, improve efficiency, and generate innovative ideas
