What You Will Do

At SPL, you are an integral part of our team - driving meaningful projects and witnessing the tangible difference your work makes. As Executive, Business Support, you will be the main point of contact for corporate clients, managing fleet operations, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. Your work will strengthen client relationships and support business success.

Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In

• Oversee daily corporate fleet operations, including vehicle registration and de-registration, card renewals, blacklist requests, and refund processing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of requests and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare reconciliation and management reports, including MAS submissions.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage and follow up on corporate bad debt collections.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance, while supporting business development.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

This role might be for you if you have:

• Training in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in payments, finance, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate customer service and stakeholder management.
• Strong numerical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse issues and deliver prompt, professional solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and other office tools.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
