Job Description
Sungrow Power Supply is hiring an Import Export Specialist to own and optimize cross‑border logistics for tripartite trade. You will design and execute logistics plans that connect suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas factories, ensure compliant customs documentation, manage international transport, and drive cost and process improvements across the import/export lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement end‑to‑end logistics plans for tripartite tradeCoordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas factories to ensure smooth cross‑border operationsPrepare and review full sets of customs clearance documents including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, certificates of origin and related paperwork, and ensure all documents meet regulatory and customer requirementsArrange international sea freight and other transport modes and monitor cargo in transitProactively resolve logistics exceptions and provide timely updates to stakeholdersUpdate and maintain data in ERP and TMS with accuracyPrepare regular business and performance reports, and track KPIs and shipment metricsDevelop international transport solutions by analyzing logistics costs regularly and recommend process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiencyEnsure customs compliance and implement controls to mitigate import/export risk
What You Can Bring To The Company
At least 3 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations or freight forwarding, ideally in a production or manufacturing environmentProven ability to manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and overseas customersProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (not mandatory, but good to have experience with TMS)With Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fieldGood professional attitude with strong responsibility and willingness to learn attitudeFluent in English and Mandarin as this role requires to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
