As a CBRE Property Executive, you will be the key front line of CBRE in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives. This role includes supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do


  • Act as the site representative for hard services delivery, ensuring all engineering, maintenance, and technical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual requirements and specifications.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in managing hard services operations, including asset inspections, condition assessments, maintenance planning, technical documentation, data uploads, and preparation of cost estimates and quotations.
  • Plan, assign, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of work orders, technical accuracy of vendor submissions, and adherence to statutory, safety, and contractual standards.
  • Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of building systems and equipment (e.g., M&E systems), identify defects or performance gaps, coordinate rectification works, and ensure continuous operational reliability.
  • Review maintenance data, asset performance reports, and service records to identify trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.

What You’ll Need


  • Diploma in Facilities / Building Management / M&E Engineering preferred with 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA will have an added advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate high professional integrity by maintaining an objective, neutral, and collaborative approach to all workplace interactions.
  • Possesses Fire Safety Manager and / or Environmental Control Coordinator(S) cert will have an added advantage
