Technical Competencies (Responsibilities)

• Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement, manage, and continuously improve the QMS in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Project Quality Planning: Oversee document control, drive process standardization, and manage all Project Quality Planning and documentation, including the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Inspection Management: Define, rigorously validate, and review all Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Auditing & Corrective Actions: Plan and conduct comprehensive internal and external audits. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Compliance: Ensure uncompromising adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement

• Required Certification: Must be a Certified IMS Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Documentation Systems: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience using modern project documentation systems.
• Construction Expertise: Highly familiar with construction methodologies, drafting Method Statements, formulating ITPs, processing Material Submissions, and managing Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Technical Literacy: Demonstrated capability to accurately read, understand, and interpret complex construction drawings.
