As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by connecting Malaysia's top manufacturers with cutting-edge precision solutions. * Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Metrology and Material Testing Solutions. * Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions. * Collaborate with the application team for equipment demonstrations and testing. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up to close deals. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Who We're Looking For - We're looking for someone who is technically sharp, commercially minded, and people-oriented. If you love solving problems and building relationships, you'll fit right in. * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience, or a fresh graduate with a strong interest in technical sales — preferably in Metrology, Testing Equipment, or related industrial solutions. * Strong understanding of industrial equipment sales, solution selling, and client relationship management. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets independently. * Possess own transport and valid driving license. *Willing to travel when needed.
