Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle full set of I/E documents, TT Payment document for US market independently

• Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule in between U.S. customer and China factory 

• Familiar with U.S. customer’s requirements

• Supervise the junior on shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements, coordinate with factory on ship documents and reports

• Handle ad hoc assignments

  Requirements

• Form5/ DSE or above 

• Minimum of 2-7 years of shipping experience in handling consumer goods preferable in footwear 

• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Good commercial and analytic sense

• Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Immediate available is highly preferred
