AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented, and interested in joining our Operations and Customer Service Team.

Reporting to Team Leader, the Operations and Customer Service Officer position is responsible for client services. As a friendly and energetic team, we provide on-job training to the candidate and open to explore new initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
 

Shift Duty Required.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services in a professional, timely and tactful manner

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints to meet the service quality standard

• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure the smooth operations

• Assist in client onboarding with performing eKYC as well as having close collaboration with different departments for customer onboarding

• Share the knowledge and skills on handling cases with team members and assure best practice is applied across the team

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Non-degree tertiary education, associate degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail

• Good team player with strong sense of responsibilities

• With prior customer service experience in Finance industry will be an advantage

• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
