About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across multiple HR functions, including employee engagement, diversity initiatives, and HR data management, within a dynamic regional environment.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Assist in development and enhancement of HR frameworks
• Contribute to DEI initiatives and programs across the region
• Gather feedback and help prepare engagement reports and insights
• Support HRIS data cleansing and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Assist with HR audits and provide analytical insights
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Curious, motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Passionate about people, culture, and creating inclusive workplaces
