Key Responsibilities:

• Support automation and digitalisation in data centre facility operations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, trackers, and workflow tools.
• Analyse facility data on power, cooling, maintenance, alarms, and environmental conditions.
• Automate routine reports and operational checklists.
• Maintain records for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, incident follow-up, and audit evidence.
• Conduct DR trend and gap analysis by correlating incident management data with DR exercise results to identify gaps.
• Analyse and visualise the Disaster Recovery (DR) dashboard, providing a centralised view of DR readiness
• Build the Book of Work (BOW) and DR Operations Manual in Confluence to create a comprehensive repository.
• Streamline DR checklists to ensure consistency, completeness and operational effectiveness across all DR.

Key Requirements:

• Immediate availability to start (July onwards preferred)
• Able to work at the Cyberjaya office (having own transportation is an advantage)
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Preferably a background in Computer Science or related IT fields
