Role Description

The Quality Assurance Intern is a full-time internship role based in Shah Alam. The intern will support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities include assisting with product inspections, recording quality findings, updating quality documents and records, and supporting corrective actions when issues are identified. The intern will also help ensure that products and processes follow internal standards, basic quality procedures, and relevant requirements.

This role may involve supporting internal audits, participating in simple process improvement activities, and working closely with production and management teams. The intern will gain practical, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while contributing to the production of sustainable and hygienic cleaning solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, science, quality management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance concepts.
• Interest in learning about manufacturing quality processes, documentation, and quality systems.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage, but not required.
• Interest in internal audits, compliance checks, or process improvement activities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well with production, quality, and management teams.
• Basic proficiency in office software such as spreadsheets and word processing tools.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and quality procedures.
