Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join Kelly’s FP&A team. This Malaysia-based role plays a critical part in supporting U.S.-focused financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on actual results and analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain IBM TM/1 databases by entering, verifying, and reporting customer information
  • Increases productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance FP&A capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (required).
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with IBM TM1 and Board software is an added advantage.
