Role Overview

At Sensory AI, we're building the next generation of Physical AI by combining AI agents, robotics, and edge computing to power autonomous service stores and intelligent retail operations.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI-powered software products that bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution. Working closely with AI engineers, software developers, UI/UX designers, operations teams, and stakeholders, you will define product strategy, translate requirements into clear product specifications, and drive product development from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate has strong product thinking, a solid understanding of software development, and enjoys solving complex real-world problems. Experience with AI, computer vision, IoT, edge computing, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software products will be a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Planning

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities for Sensory AI products.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into clear product specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to AI, computer vision, edge AI, and automation solutions.
• Identify product opportunities that can improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, and users to gather product requirements.
• Prepare product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
• Ensure requirements are clear, practical, and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and feature specifications.

Project & Delivery Management

• Work closely with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver product features.
• Prioritize backlog items and manage sprint planning together with the development team.
• Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate product demos, UAT, and release planning.

AI Product Development

• Collaborate with AI teams to define AI use cases, model behavior, expected outputs, and business logic.
• Support the development of AI features such as computer vision, object detection, anomaly detection, LLM integration, automation workflows, and edge observability.
• Ensure AI outputs are usable, explainable, and aligned with real-world operational needs.
• Help validate AI product performance, accuracy, and user experience.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and clients.
• Present product updates, demos, and roadmap plans to management and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product.
• Manage expectations clearly regarding scope, timeline, and delivery priorities.

Product Quality & Improvement

• Work with QA teams to ensure product quality before release.
• Review bugs, user feedback, and incident reports to identify improvement areas.
• Monitor product usage, performance, and adoption after launch.
• Continuously improve product workflows, usability, and business impact.

RequirementsMust Have

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered product design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, computer vision, IoT, or edge device products.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, dashboards, monitoring systems, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of LLM-based products, AI agents, or AI workflow automation.
• Experience in B2B product development or enterprise software solutions.
