The company delivers interior fit-out solutions for hotels, restaurants, banks, offices, retail stores, museums, and other commercial spaces across the region. About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Executive role based in Kepong Kuala Lumpur. Majority of the role's responsibility involve recruitment and learning & development functions.

  • Recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key hiring metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
  • Supporting onboarding and promoting employer branding initiatives.
  • Understand job content and requirements and recommend learning & developments for staff according to their training needs.
  • Training efforts and HRDF levy administration including grant application, claim application, tracking incoming funds, liaison with training providers, set training calendars for participants, and follow up attendance records and certificates.


Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Experience coordinating training and onboarding activities.
  • Prior recruitment experience in construction, interior fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
