Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The person in this role will collect, clean, and analyze data related to real estate markets, client portfolios, and business performance to generate actionable insights. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and translating analytical findings into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves collaborating with advisory teams to support the Plug and Play Framework, validating assumptions, and recommending data-driven strategies for asset progression and market positioning. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows.

• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions.

• Candidates should possess Communication skills to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI dashboards) and basic data visualization techniques is beneficial.
• Experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
