We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring efforts for engineering positions. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles such as software engineers, product developers, and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for technical roles
- Source and pre-screen engineering candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates
- Maintain candidate pipeline and assist in recruitment reporting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in tech and understanding of basic engineering roles
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards is a plus
