Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript, Flutter & Cloud)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive the development, optimization, and deployment of our web, mobile, and cloud applications. This role focuses on core technical execution, modern cross-platform development, and database management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build & Deliver: Write clean, high-performance code across Web, Mobile, and Backend platforms.
• Data & Cloud: Design database schemas, optimize queries, and integrate applications with cloud infrastructure.

Technical Skills Checklist

• Experience: 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Frontend & Mobile: Hands-on production experience with React, React Native, and Flutter.
• Web Performance: Familiarity or experience with WASM (WebAssembly).
• Databases: Solid understanding of both Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying containerized applications on GCP (preferred) or AWS.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to maximize development velocity.
• Background or domain knowledge in construction technology and geospatial data (e.g., BIM, GIS).
