Contract Duration: 3 months extendable contract

Salary budget: RM 4K

Role Description

This is an on-site Junior Tester contract role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Junior Tester will be responsible for performing manual and automated software testing, identifying and reporting bugs, creating and executing test cases, and collaborating with the development team to ensure all software products meet quality standards. The Junior Tester will also participate in analyzing system specifications and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the testing process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manual Testing
• Ability to create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying defects and troubleshooting issues
• Understanding of Testing Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Basic knowledge of tools or programming languages used in testing environments, such as Selenium or JIRA
• Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in testing within Banking domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
