Role Description The Operation and Partnership Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur,Singapore or China, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational workflows on the OTC platform, including transaction coordination, monitoring settlement processes, and ensuring adherence to compliance procedures. The executive will support partner onboarding, maintain strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients, and assist in executing partnership strategies to grow the business. Typical tasks include coordinating with internal teams on process improvements, tracking and reporting operational performance, supporting sales initiatives with partners, and handling operational issues to ensure smooth, timely transactions. The role also involves contributing to projects that enhance platform efficiency, client experience, and partner engagement.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Sales and partnership development skills to help identify opportunities, support negotiations, and nurture long-term business relationships.
• Operations management and project management skills to oversee daily workflows, manage timelines, and implement process improvements.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-related operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both onsite in WP. Kuala Lumpur and remotely.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-focused setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
