Job Description:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
- Develop new customers (HORECA, retail, distributors)
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Lead and supervise sales team
- Plan and execute sales strategies & promotions
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years sales experience (F&B / FMCG preferred)
- At least 2 years in managerial or supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & reporting)
- Strong sales, negotiation & leadership skills
- Good communication skills (BM & English; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
