Responsibilities

• Lead daily spa operations to achieve business goals and maintain smooth workflow
• Coach and support the outlet team to enhance performance and service quality
• Analyze sales data and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by implementing service standards
• Schedule staff shifts and allocate manpower to optimize operational efficiency
• Address customer feedback promptly to resolve service issues and improve satisfaction
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages
• Enforce adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
