Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
• Support resource planning and ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project team members.
• Generate weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, processes, and documentation standards.
• Assist with budget tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor interactions as required.
• Support change request management and project audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
