Core Responsibilities: Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shelving, inventory counting, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.

Manage, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and forklift drivers.

Ensure high accuracy of inventory data through regular cycle counts and annual comprehensive inventory checks.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and overall layout to improve workflows and efficiency.

Strictly enforce Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, maintaining a clean and tidy 5S work environment.

Drive continuous improvement projects, introducing and optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of warehouse management experience.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise ERP software (such as SAP/Oracle).

Excellent team leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse and fast-paced frontline warehouse team.

Familiar with relevant Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) laws and regulations.

Physically healthy and able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity warehouse environment.
