Role Summary
We are hiring Shop Assistants to support our daily retail operations. The role requires someone who enjoys customer interaction, is reliable, and can work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their travel needs.
- Provide friendly service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Organize merchandise displays and ensure the outlet is tidy.
- Operate cashier system and manage simple transactions.
- Support stock checks, deliveries, and promotional activities (including TikTok live sessions).

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Positive, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays.
- Prior retail/service experience is an added advantage.
