Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Work closely with project managers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all CRM customizations and integrations

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customizations and integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates and features, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimization

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance

- Train and support end-users on CRM functionality and customizations

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including entity and attribute customization, workflows, and plugins - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 is preferred

- Proficient in C#, .NET, and JavaScript

- Experience with web services and integrations with other systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
