Your Role
Providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, assisting with inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and addressing guest concerns.
Handling guest requests such as booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, arranging tours, and securing tickets to events.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping centers, and tourist attractions, to provide recommendations to guests.
Completing administrative duties such as maintaining guest logs, tracking guest requests, and managing concierge desk operations.
You should have
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant field.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Willing to work on shift hours
