Our networking I.T professionals are working in a wide range of sectors in different multinational corporation in Hong Kong, such as: Finance & Banking, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Garment, Retail, Telecommunication, Logistic Industries and Government Departments.
Job requirement:
3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technical design, implementation, and support.
Proven skills on Microsoft server such as Windows server (2012 or later), Active Directory (DHCP, GPO, etc)
Strong critical thinking and problem-resolution skills
Learn current operations and build/improve processes
SOP creation
Working experience under SI (System Integration) company to provide IT managed service to MNC
Strong organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
Proven skill/knowledge on VMware vSphere, SRM, VDI, etc.
Proven skill/knowledge on Nutanix node management
Proven skill/knowledge on SAN/NAS administration (3PAR, Nimble, Synology, GNAT etc)
Proven skill/knowledge on Hybrid Cloud (MS ADFS, MS Entra ID Connect, etc)
Proven skill/knowledge on Public Domain, DNS, SSL Cert, etc.
Proven skill/knowledge on ManageEngine Products (Eyer,,,,,ItLgAnalyzer, ServiceDesk Plus, etc)
Proven skill/knowledge on scripting (PowerShell, CMD, etc)
Proven skill/knowledge on Linux (Cent OS, RedHat, etc.)
Proven skill/knowledge on IT documentation (SOP, guide, etc)
