Responsibility:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Keep the sales floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with stock replenishment and displays.
• Contribute, assist and support in social media content.
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions.
• Perform cashiering duty if assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Experience & Skill Requirement

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Able to play musical instrument(s) will be added advantage
• Good teamwork
• Problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible to work on shifts and weekends

Academic Requirement

• SPM or equivalent/Diploma/Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
