Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff supervision
• Manage patient registration, appointments and patient service
• Assist doctors during procedures and ensure treatment rooms are prepared
• Handle billing, payments, invoicing and panel claims
• Maintain inventory, medication labelling/packing and stock records
• Ensure SOP compliance, clinic cleanliness and regulatory documentation
• Prepare reports and support administrative updates

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM: Diploma in Healthcare or Management is an added advantage
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently
