Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
• Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial industry would be a distinct advantage).
• Understanding of MT4/MT5 with relevant experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English including written and verbal communication skills, additional language would be a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
