Job Duties:

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and record keeping.
• Prepare invoices and expense reports.
• Issue cheques and manage payment processing.
• Maintain financial documents and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help with reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
• File documents and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Year 1 to 3 Students)
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Available to work for 2 full days per week

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
